I would highly recommend Eugene Sharipoff, and his crew, for the fine, professional work that they did at my home in July, 2011.
Although the weather and temperature was extremely hot, they showed up on the appointed date and installed new vinyl siding on my home, replacing old siding that had been in place for nearly 30 years. I was especially pleased that they were able to find materials that matched what was previously installed. All of the old siding and debris were removed, leaving the area clean and in the same condition as before.

Things went great. I needed the wall paper removed quickly for a job. Eugene, contractor, came in early on a Saturday morning to get the job done. I don't know how he did it but it was removed the paper in a few hours, walls were cleaned and area was left cleaner than when he started. It was a job well done.. I would highly recommend Eugene and Custome Home Renovator for any job. He did fascia work for me before and it too was wonderful. Can't say enough for the work he did. Jobs well done. Give him a call.

Importantly, he really talked to me about what would be involved in repairing the many cracked and/or curled pieces of wood siding and provided a quote for that before he began talking about the advantages of replacing it with the new concrete-fiber James Hardie siding. Decided to have the old siding replaced with new. Also had insulation blown into the walls (from outside) and batting insulation installed around windows and other places as needed. They also rebuilt rear steps to back door which had badly rotted over the years. Happy with the new steps, insulation, and siding.

To make my home maintenance-free, I needed to install vinyl siding, soffits, fascia, new shutters and new guttering. The front stoop and mail box post needed to be power-washed and painted – as well as the foundation. Basement windows required rust treatment before painting and the door from the garage to the patio also needed painting. This was a BIG job and I was concerned about hiring the right contractor.
I interviewed three contractors from Angie’s List. The first gave me a very high price for his services, reduced that price by $10,000 and by another $2,000 before he left. The next contractor was very organized, sent me a proposal detailing every service and cost except for the foundation painting. When I inquired about that, there was no answer. Eugene’s proposal was a bit higher, but he assured me that his business was about “Quality” and making his customer happy. He did exactly that. Every project was done professionally. Eugen’s craftsmanship was admired by my neighbors, some of whom hired him for small repairs to their own homes. I cannot speak highly enough about Eugene. I recommend then to everyone I talk to.
